FAQ

Question 1. How much do you charge for your services? When leases are signed or properties are acquired, we participate in the listing compensation upon project completion with no billable hour or other fee charged to our clients.

Question 2. Is there any charge for the value-added advisory services you provide like legal review, space planning or project management?  Those services and all other  supporting counsel are provided as part of our advisory role with no cost to clients.

Question 3. Beyond single transactions, if we were to retain your firm as our representative for our entire portfolio, would there be separate charges for lease abstract, accounting, administration and travel related to managing all our properties?  All travel, IT, architectural, legal, project management and property accounting assistance provided as part of our full suite of portfolio support services are absorbed by Windsor Landmark with no cost to clients.

Question 4. Do you list properties or represent landlords?  We never represent landlords. As a national tenant representation group, 99% of our work involves the acquisition, renewal and expansion of leased corporate facility premises for client business operations. On occasion, we are called upon to list client-owned property for disposition or otherwise market unused shadow space by way of lease assignment or sublease arrangement as part of ongoing portfolio repositioning.
